Transport company GOBO calls in Hyperfox!
Orders are becoming more complex, customers expect speed, and companies are finding it difficult to find employees who are willing to devote themselves full-time to order entry.
"Until recently, processing a transport order took an average of three minutes. Today, it takes barely thirty seconds," says Frank Ruette, COO of GOBO.
Hyperfox analyzes incoming orders via email and other channels. These are recognized and structured into a digital order, ready for processing. A quick visual check by the planner, and then at the touch of a button, the order is transferred to GOBO’s transport management system TAS.
